I’m adding new products daily while the website is rebuilt, but a lot of people have asked how everything is made. Here’s a quick look behind the scenes — from design to print to packing.

If you’ve been checking in over the last few days, you’ll know the website is still a work in progress — and I’m uploading products daily as I rebuild everything after my Etsy shop was shut down unexpectedly.

While I’m busy getting designs live and sorting the layout of the site, I thought I’d do something helpful: show you what goes on behind the scenes, how your items are made, and what you can expect when you order.

1) It starts with the design

Every product begins with a design idea — sometimes seasonal (like Mother’s Day gifts), sometimes a new clothing drop, and sometimes a custom request from someone who messages me with an idea.

Once the design is ready, I format it properly for printing so it looks clean, sharp, and the right size on the product you’ve chosen.

2) Printing method depends on the product

I use different processes depending on what you’re buying:

DTF printing (Direct to Film)
This is what I use for most clothing like t-shirts and hoodies. It’s great for bold colours, crisp detail, and it holds up well over time.

Sublimation printing
This is what I use for certain personalised gifts and keepsakes (like photo items). It creates a vibrant finish that looks brilliant for photos and special messages.

3) Quality check before it leaves me

Before anything goes out, I always do a quick quality check:

Print clarity (no blurry edges)
Placement (straight and centred)
Colours (as close to the design as possible)
Overall finish (so it looks great when you open it)

4) Packing & sending

I pack everything carefully so it arrives in the best condition possible — especially keepsakes and photo items. I’m a small business, so every order matters, and I want it to feel spot-on when it lands with you.
