Infinity Prints Online is a small UK-based print business. Many of our products are printed, personalised or made to order, so processing times may vary depending on the item ordered.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed and made as quickly as possible.
Because many items are custom printed or personalised, please allow time for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

If we need more information from you to complete your order, such as a clearer photo, missing personalisation details or design confirmation, this may delay processing.
Made-to-Order and Personalised Items
Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed.
This includes items such as:

Tumblers

Photo slates

Glass photo blocks

Items with names, dates, photos or custom wording
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Delivery Methods
Orders are sent using trusted delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri or another suitable courier.
The delivery service used may depend on the size, weight, value and type of item ordered.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been made and dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, courier delays, busy periods, bank holidays, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Infinity Prints Online is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details may also be provided.
Not all delivery services include full tracking.
Local Collection
If local collection is available, this will be arranged directly with you.
Please do not visit to collect an order until you have been told it is ready.
Collection details and times must be agreed in advance.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at:

Please include your order number so we can look into it.
We may need to allow time for the delivery provider to investigate delayed or missing parcels before offering a replacement or refund.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the delivery provider, we will look into the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the order and circumstances.
We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost because of incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Damaged Items During Delivery
Please check your order when it arrives.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us straight away.
Please include your order number and photos of the item received.
If we have made an error with your order, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
At the moment, shipping availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
If international shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or charges that may apply in their country.
Infinity Prints Online is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import checks.
Digital Products
Digital products are not shipped physically.
If you purchase a digital download, the file will be supplied digitally through the website, email or another digital delivery method.
No postage or physical delivery applies to digital products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, order size, delivery method and delivery location.
