These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and placing orders with us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Infinity Prints Online is a UK-based print business offering custom printed and personalised products, including clothing, mugs, tumblers, photo slates, digital designs and other printed items.

Our Products

We sell a range of printed and personalised products. These may include:

Many of our items are printed or made to order. This means the item is created after your order has been placed.

Product Images and Mockups

Product images, mockups and previews are for illustration purposes only.

Colours, print placement and print size may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, garment size, product shape, lighting and the printing process.

For clothing, the print may appear smaller or slightly differently positioned on larger or smaller garment sizes.

Personalised and Custom Orders

For personalised or custom-made orders, you are responsible for checking that all details are correct before placing your order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Names
Dates
Spellings
Photos
Images
Custom wording
Colours
Sizes
Design choices
Product options

We will print the details exactly as provided where possible.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes if production has not started, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Once a personalised or custom-made item has been started or produced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customer Supplied Images and Designs

If you upload or send us an image, photo, logo, design or wording, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

You are responsible for making sure that anything you provide does not infringe copyright, trademarks, brand rights, privacy rights or any other rights belonging to another person or business.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may contain copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, illegal or inappropriate material.

By sending us images or designs, you give us permission to use them only for the purpose of creating your order.

We will not sell your uploaded images, photos or designs.

Copyright and Brand Rights

We do not claim ownership of any third-party brands, characters, logos, names, slogans or trademarks.

Customers must not ask us to print protected brand names, logos, characters or copyrighted artwork unless they have permission from the rights holder.

If an order is refused because of copyright or trademark concerns, we may cancel and refund the order where appropriate.

Ordering

When you place an order, you agree that:

All information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorised to use the payment method provided
You have checked the product details before ordering
You understand that many items are made to order
You understand that personalised items may not be returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, stock, product availability, uploaded artwork, personalisation details, pricing errors or suspected misuse of the website.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown on our website.

Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or approved payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, personalisation, workload, stock availability, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us so we can look into it.

We may need to wait for the delivery provider’s investigation before offering a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled.

For eligible non-personalised items, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received and in original packaging where possible.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Your legal rights are not affected.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, repair or refund.

Digital Products

Some products may be supplied as digital downloads.

Digital products cannot usually be returned or refunded once they have been supplied or downloaded, unless there is a fault with the file or we have made an error.

You must not resell, share, copy, distribute or upload digital files purchased from us unless the product listing clearly states that you are allowed to do so.

Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website.

You must not:

Use the website for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, damage or disrupt the website
Copy website content without permission
Upload harmful files, viruses or malicious code
Use false information when placing an order
Attempt to commit fraud or misuse payment systems

We may restrict or refuse access to our website if we believe it is being misused.

All website content, including text, images, product photos, graphics, designs and branding, belongs to Infinity Prints Online or is used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our website content without permission.

We do our best to make sure all product details, prices, descriptions and images are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally happen.

If we discover an error with a product, price, description or order, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before continuing with the order.

Availability

Products may be changed, removed or discontinued at any time.

We cannot guarantee that all products, sizes, colours or designs will always be available.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

Incorrect information provided by the customer
Delays caused by delivery companies
Events outside our reasonable control
Misuse of our products
Customer-supplied images or designs that infringe third-party rights
Minor differences in colour, print placement or sizing caused by screen settings, product type or printing methods
