How to create your voice-message QR code

The customer must create and test their QR code before submitting it with the order.

Step 1: Record your voice message

Use the voice-recording app already installed on your phone.

On an iPhone

1. Open the Voice Memos app.
2. Tap the red record button.
3. Record your message in a quiet room.
4. Tap stop and save the recording.

On an Android phone

1. Open the Voice Recorder or Recorder app.
2. Tap record.
3. Record your message clearly.
4. Tap stop and save the recording.

For the best experience, keep the recording approximately 5–30 seconds long.

Step 2: Upload your recording online

Upload your recording to a service such as:

• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• OneDrive
• iCloud
• Another reliable file-sharing service

Change the sharing permission so that anyone with the link can listen.

Do not leave the recording set to private or restricted, as the recipient may not be able to open it.

Step 3: Test the recording link

Before creating the QR code:

1. Copy the sharing link.
2. Open a private or incognito browser window.
3. Paste in the link.
4. Check that the recording opens without requesting permission or a password.
5. Confirm that the audio plays correctly.

Step 4: Generate your QR code

Paste the working recording link into a trusted QR-code generator.

Create the QR code and download it as a clear PNG or JPG image.

For the best printing result:

• Use a black QR code on a white background
• Do not crop any part of the code
• Do not add decorative patterns over it
• Download the highest-quality image available
• Avoid sending a blurry screenshot

Step 5: Test the finished QR code

Open the QR-code image on one device and scan it with another smartphone.

Make sure:

• The QR code scans quickly
• The recording opens
• The audio plays correctly
• No permission request appears
• No account sign-in is required

Step 6: Upload the QR code with your order

Upload the finished QR-code image when placing your order.

Please do not upload the voice recording itself. We require the completed and tested QR-code image.
